Orlandelli presents the new shopfitting concept for the wrapping area of plants and flowers
Technological innovation and a brand new design combine taste, elegance, art, of Italian floral composition and place it in a new green furniture concept available to every florist. This is what Organizzazione Orlandelli, a leading company in the store design, and the floral designer Mara Verbena, vice president of the Italian Association of Floriculturists and Florists, presented on Monday, November 13 during the inauguration of the renovated showroom of the Italian company.

A space where the work counter, made by hand with designer made in Italy materials, makes the florist's work easier, becomes a "visible kitchen" for the customer, and as in every Orlandelli proposal, can be customized according to the florist's space and location needs.

The event, which took place in the new Orlandelli showroom in Mantova (The Green X), saw the participation of over 50 companies in the sector, who were able to appreciate the characteristics of the new concept.
The concept is based on modular furniture based on counter and back counter, specifically designed for operators of both florists and cut flower departments of garden centers. The furniture is equipped with numerous drawers, tape holders and roll holders, to ensure optimal work organization and greater practicality. The new concept also integrates new technological tools that have become part of the new way of being a florist and managing your business, such as the interactive screens of new management software and new machines for the preservation of cut flowers.

For the event, the concept were developed in two opposite colors: “English” green for the more elegant area and a "Barbie" pink for the area intended for a more fashionable audience. The furniture is made entirely in Italy, combining the best solid wood with ceramic tops, completing the whole with LED lighting effects. The final result has allowed to create a scenography that has met with great acclaim from participants.

The day included demonstrations of wrapping and floral art on a Christmas theme by Mara Verbena, who illustrated the most innovative techniques for creating elegant and refined bouquets, compositions and packages.

"We are very satisfied with the outcome of the event," said Marco Orlandelli, CEO of Organizzazione Orlandelli. "The new furniture concept for the packaging area has aroused great interest from our customers, who have appreciated the elegance, functionality and practicality of our furniture. We are convinced that this new product will be a reference point for the floricultural sector."

"Between me and the Orlandelli family there is a long relationship of collaboration and mutual esteem and precisely on the occasion of our mutual fortieth years of activity, we decided to start a project together," explains Mara Verbena. "We have combined my experience as a florist and their great know-how in the field of flower and garden display and processing. The result of this work is what we present to the professionals of our sector. In this way, we respond to the need for change and evolution that is crossing the world of florists."

The event ended with a convivial aperitif, during which participants had the opportunity to toast to the first 40 years of both Organizzazione Orlandelli and Fior di Verbena.
