An important Event with the world famous Architect Ernest Wertheim as guest took place in Mantua last july, 31: 94 years old, from San Francisco, he is universally recognized, after more than 60 years of activity, as one of the worldwide leader in Garden Center design.
The Event aroused a great interest among all the participants, many of whom were representatives of the most important italian Garden Centers and Large Retailers.
In the course of his speech, Architect Wertheim showed some of the biggest, but even the smallest, Garden Centers he realized throughout United States, Canada, Europe and South Africa, highlighting what still characterizes them, their features, the problems he dealt with during the construction and the solutions adopted to make some of them the most important existing to date. The clear and engaging presentation, accompanied by simultaneous italian translation, covered Garden Center historical development, together with the principles to base the management of these structures on. All this in order to share and honour the huge expertise and experience of the great native german Architect Ernest Wertheim.
